Call Roanoke Dumpster Rental Group in Roanoke
We are a call-only company by design. No forms that sit in an inbox overnight — you call, a person here in Roanoke picks up, and you have a price and a delivery slot before you hang up.
Before you call
Three things that make the call two minutes instead of ten
- What you are throwing away. “Kitchen gut, cabinets and drywall” tells us more than “renovation debris”. Heavy material like concrete, brick or dirt changes the answer completely, and so does anything wet — termite-damaged sill plate, band joist and subfloor out of a crawlspace, or flood-soaked carpet and drywall, are the two loads people underestimate most here.
- Where it is going. Street address, and whether it is going on a driveway, a gravel or dirt pad, or the street. Tell us if the drive is steep, curved or cut into a hillside, because that decides which box we bring and how full it can go. Mention a narrow street with a rear alley, a detached garage or shed the arm has to clear, a fresh pour or already-cracked concrete, a pad still soft after heavy rain, a homeowners association whose rules want notice first, and low limbs or service drops over the run in. Tell us as well which locality the address is in — the City of Roanoke, Roanoke County, Salem or Vinton — because those are four separate governments with four different permit and collection answers, and the City of Roanoke is not part of Roanoke County.
- When you need it. Morning or afternoon, and how many days you want it. We can usually do same day if you call before about 11am.
That is genuinely it. We will size it, quote a flat price including disposal, and book it.
Serving these areas
Grandin Village, Old Southwest, South Roanoke, Raleigh Court, Wasena, Williamson Road, Melrose-Rugby, Garden City, Cave Spring, Hollins, Bonsack, Back Creek, Glenvar, Penn Forest, Salem, Vinton, Daleville and Roanoke itself. Grandin Village, Old Southwest, South Roanoke, Raleigh Court, Wasena, Williamson Road, Melrose-Rugby and Garden City are neighborhoods of the City of Roanoke rather than separate places — we are in all of them every day, alongside Downtown, Gainsboro, Belmont, Norwich, Villa Heights, Round Hill, Deyerle, Crystal Spring, Riverland, Fallon Park, Grandin Court and the rest of the City’s 49 recognized neighborhoods. Beyond the city line, Cave Spring, Hollins, Bonsack, Back Creek, Glenvar and Penn Forest are Roanoke County, Salem is an independent city with its own government, Vinton is a town inside Roanoke County, and Daleville is in Botetourt County. Each of those keeps its own permit and collection desk, which is exactly why it helps to tell us the locality on the first call. One phone number for all of it. If your area is not listed, call and ask.
Contractors and property managers
Ask about a standing account when you call. It gets you priority scheduling, next-day swaps, consolidated monthly invoicing and a certificate of insurance on file so you are not chasing paperwork on every job.

Contact FAQs
Why is there no contact form?
Because forms cost you time. Sizing a container properly takes a two-minute conversation about what you are throwing out and where it goes. A form turns that into three emails over two days. Call (540) 685-0739 and you will have a firm price before you hang up.
What if I call outside business hours?
Leave a message with your name, the locality and roughly what you need and we will call back first thing. For genuine emergencies — storm damage, a container blocking access, a safety issue — call anyway and it will reach somebody.
Can I get a written quote?
Yes. We will confirm the quote by email or text after the call so you have the size, the price, the tonnage allowance and the rental window in writing before delivery.
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. If the job is complicated enough to need eyes on it — a steep or curved hillside drive, a narrow street with a rear alley we have not run in a while, a gravel pad that softens after heavy rain, a drop that has to clear a low limb or a porch roof, a detached garage or shed, a homeowners association that wants the placement agreed first, a City street placement that needs the permit paperwork in ten days ahead, a commercial site with awkward access — we will come and look at no charge.
How far in advance should I book?
For a straightforward residential job, a day or two is plenty and same-day is often possible. For a scheduled construction start, a multi-container gut job, a demolition running to a fixed timeline, a City of Roanoke street placement where the permit application has to be in at least ten calendar days ahead, or the week after an ice storm or a tropical remnant comes over the Blue Ridge, give us a week if you can and we will hold the slot.
